Raw AI is a trap. Guided by real expertise, it’s a multiplier.
I’m Dave Loomis — a 20-year CG-film/VFX, real-time, and Qt engineer who built and runs a company on a multi-agent AI operating system. I help teams get AI past the chatbot wall and into real, accountable work — with proof, not promises.
Start with an assessment →Nine weeks from the first agent-to-agent message to a company run by agents. Four weeks from first product commit to a launch-ready storefront.
The research began June 29, 2026 — two AI sessions exchanging structured messages. The company-launch experiment started August 2. One human director; a full company of AI agents.
Don’t take my word for it — I operate one. My own company runs on a bespoke multi-agent AI operating system I designed: flat teams of AI agents under a single human director; a structured comms protocol that makes every hand-off accountable; an org model that gives each agent exactly the context it needs; auditable decision ledgers; and agent succession so work survives any session. Real and running — not a demo, not a deck — and still evolving: this page describes the version already proven in operation, not the edge of the research.
The fear is that AI agents replace people. Built this way, they do the opposite — they put your experts in charge. Your best people each direct their own team of agents; their judgment becomes the scarce, amplified ingredient. Because people are elevated, not threatened, adoption actually sticks.
“My organization doesn’t run without me — it runs an order of magnitude faster because of me.”
A mature agent organization can’t be installed, any more than trust can. It has to be grown — and it grows far faster with a guide who has already walked the path and paid for every dead end. I take your own people up the same climb my company made:
Every stage delivers value that stands on its own — climb as far as the value takes you. And because your organization isn’t mine, real plans and real timelines come from an assessment of your organization — never from a web page.
Tell me a little about your situation — it takes two minutes, and it’s the first input to the assessment. You’ll hear back from me directly.
